Generator energy saving technology helps China save energy and reduce emissions

Bosch is concerned about the increasing demand for energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in the Chinese market. For a long time, the starter and generator Business Department of Bosch has continuously introduced technologies to China.

Pang Jingyu said that the generator energy-saving technology is one of the technologies developed by the generator Business Department of Bosch. The technology uses SAR synchronous rectifier and two tube products to increase the rate and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The generator with synchronous rectifier has been put into mass production in 2015, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.8g/km.

It is reported that the SAR synchronous rectifier uses power field effect transistors instead of common two tubes to reduce energy loss and improve the efficiency. It can increase the output power at low speed, and the efficiency can be increased by 8%; The second tube can improve the output at low speed by reducing the positive voltage of the second tube, and the efficiency can be increased by 4%. Pang Jingyu said that these two technologies are one of the important solutions to help the vehicle manufacturers to achieve emission upgrading in the future.

In addition, Pang Jingyu also introduced Bosch's energy recovery acceleration assist system (BRS), which can recover energy to charge the battery when braking and provide 10kW auxiliary power when accelerating. "The motor with energy recovery acceleration auxiliary system has many advantages, such as recovering more than 80% of the braking energy loss under NEDC / w (European fuel consumption and emission assessment standard / world light vehicle test procedure); compared with the 14V energy recovery system, the energy recovery and fuel saving effect are more significant, the system cost is low and the integration is simple.

Cheng Jianpu, technical director of Beijing BorgWarner automotive transmission Co., Ltd.:

48V technology development time has come

In the case of quasi improvement, the 48V system mainly used in new energy and hybrid vehicles has great development space. At the same time, the on-board electrical system is becoming more and more complex, and the requirements for power consumption and energy consumption are becoming higher and higher. The traditional 12V system can no longer meet the future development of automotive electrification. Therefore, it is a good time to promote 48V.

In order to meet the requirements of China's 5.0l/100km fuel consumption regulations in 2020, all vehicle manufacturers are intensively developing relevant technologies and products. Cheng Jianpu believes that the 48V system is an effective technical scheme for energy saving and emission reduction, and focuses on the eawd technology applied to hybrid products.

Cheng Jianpu said that the original intention of the design of the 48V eawd is to meet the fuel consumption and emission regulations and further save energy and reduce emissions; The second is to meet the requirements of 4WD system solutions brought by the hot market demand of SUV. According to the data of road test, eawd has 7% fuel economy control. In addition, eawd also has some other extended functions, such as auxiliary starting function, which simplifies engine design without reducing power; Expand the working scope of start stop system; Good ability to control noise and make driving more comfortable.

Liang taonian, technical director of intelligent driving project of Zhejiang Asia Pacific electromechanical Co., Ltd.:

Realizing intelligent driving by stages based on active technology

"The core of intelligent driving is based on active technology and aims to achieve dynamic stability control of vehicles." Liang taonian said. Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development of intelligent driving technology. It has established five intelligent driving technology teams including s (intelligent driving assistance system), Internet of vehicles, chassis intelligent control, radar and vehicle control, and has developed ACC (adaptive cruise control system), B (automatic emergency braking system), LDWS (lane departure warning system), FCWs (front vehicle anti-collision warning system), etc.
